About Freeman Estate
Situated on the beautiful island of St. Lucia, Freeman Estate is a pre-construction luxury development offering a combination of houses, condos, and townhouses. Each unit is customized to your taste through the selection of high-end finishes to ensure your "home away from home" is truly your home.

The first phase has 48 townhouses, 28 condos, 34 villas, and 14 luxury homes. We offer four different styles of homes, and each style has three different elevations. The square footage ranges from 1100 for our smallest model to just over 3400 for the largest.
Our Founder
Sephton Spence is the owner of Kubbie Construction operating in Toronto, Canada. Sephton is a skilled expert in the construction sphere with both landscape and residential architecture attached to his protfolio. He has devoted his energies to the quality of implementation, and functionality for design with every project.
Sephton is the principal founder and designer of Freeman Estate, a property development company dedicated to a new paradigm in eco-conscious luxury living in St. Lucia. Freeman Estate is a landmark development both in size and scope that provides signature offerings of luxury villas, condo units, and custom homes.
Sephton is the Vice-President of the Afro-Canadian Contractors Association (ACCA), a Canadian organization that builds on strengthening Black contractors as leaders within the industry. Sephton is also the founder of EmpowHer, the first trade school for women in construction in the Caribbean. EmpowHer is a school that is proudly taught by women, for women.
